The GP Power Bank universal battery charger is powered by NiMH D/C/AA/AAA/9V battery types. It comes with a silver plastic case with clear Perspex hinged lid. It has a number of user friendly features and options that makes it stand out from others in the category.
This stylishly designed user friendly battery charger has an automatic charging current selection. It has 2 charging channels for AA/AAA/C/D batteries and 1 charging channel for 9V type of batteries. There are 3 LED indicators for charging channels. The charger is supplies with plug-in AC adaptor. It can charge 2 or 4 pieces of AA/AAA/C/D battery at a time and 1 or 2 pieces of PP3 (9V) battery at a given time.
The power supply needed for the charger to function is AC Adapter of 12Vdc and 800mA. The charging current needed for AA, C, and D type of batteries is 260mA, 440mA and 560mA respectively. The charging current required for AAA type of battery is 120mA. The charging current for PP3 batteries is 14mA. The charging time required normally is between 5 hours to 21 hours depending on the capacity. The output voltage required is 2 x 2.8V and 2 x 9V dc.
